Treisman began painting at an early age and developed her passion for art and artists in her youth. Treisman’s paintings are influenced mostly by Fauvism and Expressionism, but also by Art Deco and Pop-Art. “I love creating art and enjoy making use of vibrant colors, abstraction and distortions to portray human emotions and passions”. Some of Taryn’s favorite artists include Matisse, Chagall, Monet and Baruch Nachshon.Treisman’s inspiration is drawn from the colorful people and events that have impacted her life. Treisman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Johannesburg- (previously known as Rau).
